Charles Rainey is a licensed attorney in the State of Virginia, practicing principally in real estate, estate planning and small business development.

Charles has practiced law for over thirty years in Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. area.  A well known expert in the fields of real estate and wealth management, he has, on numerous occasions, accepted invitations to speak on the subjects at various estate and financial planning seminars. Charles has previously served as an Affiliate Member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and as an Instructor of Brokerage Law in the Arlington County adult education system.  An  active member of the community, he has  served as President of the Vienna Ayr Hill Lions Club, a member of the Vienna Optimist Club, a member of the Sterling Park Jaycees and currently serves as Chairman of the Fairfax County Industrial Development Authority.

Charles earned his juris doctorate from the University Of Virginia School Of Law in 1976, and has since remained an active member of the Virginia and D.C. area legal community. Focused on the fields of real estate and wealth management, Charles has been a member of both the Real Estate Section and the Trusts & Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar.

In addition to his duties as a partner of Rainey Legal Group, Charles is also the President of Suburban Title Company and Suburban 1031 Like Kind Exchange Escrow Corporation.
